Unfortunately, due to space restrictions in our warehouse, we will no longer offer the ability to store built and ready to ship products, due to customers’ inabilities to receive the orders that they previously scheduled. Therefore, effective September 1st, 2024, there will be a new policy in place for shipping delays without reasonable notice.
Delviro Energy will require a minimum of 45 days’ notice on all shipping delays for orders in progress. If this is not given in the time frame provided, the customer will be subject to early invoicing on the original ship date provided on the sales order and storage fees will apply. We will still be requiring payment within our standard terms, net 30 days.
