Epoxy potting installed for circuitry protection, increased light output and thermal heat transfer. Polycarbonate lens shield for long life security and handling. This lamp is an exact replacement for all existing 20 to 90 watt halogen lamps. It also comes in a 4 watt and 8 watt version. Reduces power consumption by 78% and lasts 25 times longer than traditional PAR halogen lamps. Effective Thermal Management
The long life of an LED product depends on effectively controlling the operating temperature of the LEDs. Developing an integrated thermal management system including aluminum heat sync technology with thermal epoxy protection to effectively transfer heat and keep the maximum LED temperature at or below acceptable levels even when installed in a worst case environment.
